It shows a woman's head turned to the left. She wears a wig of strands and pigtails, which partially obscure the disk-shaped earrings. An ornate ribbon is wound around the woman's head. Above the woman's forehead is an inflated lotus flower. There are make-up marks on the eye and the brow. Under the eye tears are probably reproduced with fine lines. Typical of the time from which the relief comes, is the representation of the wrinkles on the neck. PERIOD: New Kingdom DATED: 19th dynasty, beginning of the 13th century BC Chr.
